One of the most enjoyable parts of this job was the fact that most of the people I worked with or around where previous/current friends. Of course there are minor accidents and confrontations but as a whole the management where professional and considerate to me and customers as well. In my experience management at BMRC where very nice and considerate when it came to the customers as well as the other fellow employees.
I had to learn things through experience like where the boxes go, how to speed up without sacrificing efficiency, and also to motivate myself and my team mates to keep going. I had to learn things in this job that where not learned by reading. I was also intimidated by the fact that many people depended on me to get the job done quickly and efficiently including the other team members. This job was extremely intimidating to me in the beginning because of the amount of time I had to finish my work duties. This job allowed me to communicate with and enjoy the many people of the community. Over all I generally got along with my supervisors and 'Higher Ups' along with the customers visiting the casino, my fellow pull/count team members, and the casino as a whole. I was a hard working, happy, and rewarding at times. Working at BMRC (Bay Mills Resort & Casino) was in my opinion a nice experience.
